In order to avoid muscle straining and pain, you should not put much pressure on your shoulder or neck muscles.
Another example of abs exercises would be sidelong sit ups. This is a bit similar to crunches but it is aimed at the external oblique muscles of the abdomen. It uses the same techniques except that it is for the muscles on the side of your abdomen.
The abdominal muscle cycle sit up is another form of abs exercises that will strengthen your abdominal muscles and eliminate stomach fat. To do this, you have to lie flat on the floor and lay your hands beside your head. The floor will support your spine as you bring up your knees and do a motion, as if you are riding a bike. This abdominal muscle exercise targets the lower portion of your abdomen.
These simple exercises can be done at home and will not take much of your time. Do this regularly and you will definitely achieve permanent weight loss and physically fit body.
