Well some foods contain very little calories while still being rich in fiber and nutrients. These types of foods are a great addition to your meals.

When digesting the "fat burning foods" our body uses energy and burns calories, the calories used to digest the foods are often close to those calories gained from the food itself.

According to science there are no foods that have a negative value, you still gain some calories, though many foods come close.

But the true benefit of these foods is that they are used to substitute some calorie rich foods in ones diet. And the benefits are amazing.

Basically adding fat burning foods (as well as drinking more) during or before a meal will make you feel full and cause you to eat less of the bad stuff.
