These foods include less nutrients and vitamins then the non refined kinds. You can subsitute them with brown rice and whole wheat pasta and bread instead.
Reduce the amount of saturated fats in your diet by switching to lean meat, such as poultry, fish and any other seafood.
Eat less candy, and cut down the amount of soft drinks, they contain hardly any nutrients and lots of empty calories in the form of sugar. Swap them with natural orange juice, lemonade, or even something healthy like green tea.
Losing Body Fat with Exercise
You will want to do some exercise to burn some calories and to lose body fat, the more calories you burn due to exercise the less you will need to limit from your diet.
Exercise doesn't have to require pain, you don't have to do long grueling workouts to see results.
Instead you can do fun things you will love to do, like riding your bike, jogging when you walk the dog, playing ball games, dancing etc.
