The Best Way to Lose Love Handles
How To Get Rid Of Love Handles
Getting rid of any fat can be a difficult task, but love handles can be extremely stubborn. It can seem like no matter how hard you try they just won't go away.
You exercise and exercise and they just won't budge. You try dieting and the stubborn fat won't let go. This can make the effort of trying to lose fat seem somewhat hopeless.
This is probably because you were not targeting the areas specifically. Targeting the love handles separately has a greater impact on weight loss in this area, then just an overall body workout.
How To Lose Love Handles
Love handles can be the hardest part of the body to sculpt. They are very stubborn and do not like to budge.
Specifically targeting your mid section will not only take exercise, but it will take dieting as well. This means eating healthy foods that will give you the extra energy that is needed to exercise. There are three steps that you can take to make those love handles disappear.
The first step is to eat healthy. No more junk food that will only give you extra calories and wont help you with energy needs. Foods that contain protein will help you build muscles that will burn more calories in return.
Fruits make good snacks and are considered fat burning foods. Drink plenty of water and get rid of the sugary sodas. A wide variety of fruits, vegetables, proteins, carbohydrates, and grains will give your body the best source of nutrients that it needs to perform correctly.
The second step is exercise. Resistance training and cardio workouts will develop the needed muscles that it takes to burn calories and fat. Cardio workouts will increase your metabolism along with strengthening your muscles. Remember when you exercise, the more muscles you develop the more fat your body will burn. This will create an overall full body workout routine that should be done three to four times a week.
The third step is to target the love handles. Target the love handles by doing exercises such as crunches, advanced crunches, hip rollers, and reverse crunches. All of these exercises specifically target the mid section. You will want to supplement these exercises with resistance training and a cardio workout for the best results.
It may take a few weeks to actually see any results, but in all fairness it took you longer then a couple weeks to get those love handles plus you will benefit from increased energy level during this time.
